Carie has been in the coffee business on and off for more than 12 years and is currently the manager of this shop. She is passionate about the environment and a collector of rocks from all over the world. |

Heather is a geology major and will be starting at UofH in the spring. She has been working in coffeehouses for over 6 years and has a great passion for serving the very best coffee. Heather shares a love of rocks with Carie and a profound respect for the earth. She also has an interest in space exploration and is a huge fan of reggae music. |

Anthony is studying at San Jac. He enjoys Japanese monster films such as Godzilla and Gamera. He strives to master creative arts such as writing, drawing and chess. You will often find him playing chess when off duty. |
